DECOMMISSIONING OF THE OLD ELECTRICITY WHATSAPP NUMBER
EThekwini Municipality wishes to inform the public that the Energy Management Directorate WhatsApp number 076 791 2449 will be discontinued at the end of April 2026.
Residents and businesses are requested to use the new WhatsApp number: 064 761 7930 for all enquiries and service requests.
The new system offers enhanced features and improved response times to better assist customers.
The City thanks the public for their cooperation and understanding during this transition.
