CITYWIDE PARADE TO CELEBRATE NEDBANK CUP CHAMPIONS
The City invites members of the media and the public to join in a historic celebration as Durban comes alive in honour of the newly crowned Nedbank Cup champions, Durban City Football Club.
Fresh from their triumphant victory in one of South Africa’s most prestigious football competitions, the champions will take to the streets of Durban for a celebratory victory parade on Wednesday, 13 May, from 12:30.
The parade will begin at King Dinuzulu Park and proceed through the City to the Moses Mabhida Stadium, giving football supporters and residents an opportunity to celebrate alongside the football team as they proudly showcase the Nedbank Cup trophy.
Supporters can expect an electrifying atmosphere filled with excitement and unforgettable moments as the City unites to honour a team that has brought pride and glory to Durban.
The parade is expected to attract thousands of football fans eager to witness the trophy procession and celebrate this remarkable achievement.
The City encourages residents to line the streets of Durban and be part of what promises to be a memorable celebration of sporting excellence, unity, and community pride.
