After undergoing extensive rehabilitation and safety improvements, the Buffelsdraai Landfill Site is set to re-open to the public in two phases as from next month.
EThekwini Mayor Councillor Cyril Xaba, led a delegation to meet residents from Ward 59 regarding the planned reopening.
